Who We Are
Hands & Hearts for Humanity is dedicated to serving seniors and vulnerable individuals through compassionate outreach and purposeful giving. We provide essential resources and personalized support that promotes dignity, comfort, and connection. Through community partnerships and acts of kindness, we seek to fill unmet needs and ensure that every person we serve feels seen, valued, remembered, and cared for.
We envision a future where no one feels forgotten, overlooked, or alone—a future where every senior and vulnerable person has access to necessities, meaningful connections, and the opportunity to experience dignity, purpose, and joy at every stage of life.

Our Purpose
Life in long-term care facilities can result in loneliness, loss of independence, and a diminished sense of purpose. Simple things that form a sense of identity and bring joy are easily overlooked by busy family members and an under-staffed medical care team. Hands & Hearts for Humanity exists to change that.
Our purpose is to ensure that every resident in a long-term care facility feels valued and secure. Through intentional acts of kindness, we restore dignity, inspire joy, and create a greater sense of belonging and well-being.
